As a Collections Claims Representative, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and renters to resolve outstanding damage claims. We're hiring for October 7th start date.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to collect outstanding damage claims
Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner
Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions
Collaborate with other team members
Meet and exceed collection targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant collections, car rental, subrogation &/or high volumn call center experience.
Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Critical Thinker
Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.)
Computer savvy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter
