Overview

The Provisioning Specialist is responsible for understanding our products, ensuring accurate license generation, and maintaining high customer service to our internal and external customers.

What you will be doing

Utilize internal workflows to review customer orders, generate and deliver the appropriate license for revenue recognition
Fulfill license requests from various internal departments
Fulfill customer requests for new licenses or extensions according to policy
Assist with other team member assignments.
Provide timely communication regarding any issues to more experienced team members or leadership as needed

What will make you successful

High School diploma, or equivalent
Experience in a customer support or software licensing role
Detail oriented; regularly verifies all work thoroughly and efficiently to ensure accuracy
Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
Attention to detail
Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Up to 5% travel time required
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
Based on individual states’ employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $36,000-$54,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits
