As a part-time Line Cook, you will be responsible for completing all assigned prep work, setting up cook’s station, maintaining food presentation, food quality, cook time standards and preparing all menu items according to Buttermilk Biscuit’s recipes, plate presentations and specifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up of equipment.
Report on inventory levels.
Clean and sanitize cooking equipment.
Prepare food items to specification, while maintaining a clean work area.
Prepare food according to the instructions of the Lead Chef.
Use kitchen utensils such as knives, pots, and pans.
Follow health standards and food safety regulations.
Work as part of a team with other cooks to provide customers with quality cuisine.

Pay: $16 - $18/hour (depending on experience)

Shift/Schedule: Morning/Afternoon

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
