Responsibilities - Service and Parts Manager:

Oversees an efficient and profitable High-Volume Service and Parts Department
Generates revenue, communicates with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, and focuses on customer satisfaction
Creates operating budget, meets monthly forecasts, reviews sales, costs, and inventory
Oversees employee training and development
Creates work schedules and maintains accounting of employee productivity
Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer concerns
Maintains parts stock levels that enables work to be completed without delay
Assists in issuing parts to technicians and customers
Ensures a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Ensures that equipment is properly maintained and repaired

Requirements - Service and Parts Manager:

Automotive Service Manager experience is required
Knowledge of warranty procedures, work scheduling, etc.
Excellent supervisor, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Resume must be uploaded to be considered
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
