Position is remote offering attractive base pay plus a generous commission plan. Opportunity to earn $40,000 to $65,000 plus.

Must be able to work a 40-hour, five-day workweek on flexible shifts including weekends based on a Bid Shift program.

Skills Required to Build your success:

Minimum of 2 years of recent cruise sales experience selling multiple cruise lines (in person or on the phone).
Must have strong cruise line product knowledge (personal cruise travel experience is a plus)
Ability to work from home (home-based position)
Must be highly proficient in sales and closing techniques
Excellent English verbal communication skills (Fluency in a second language is a plus)
Computer literate, ability to learn Cruise.com technology
Strong analysis and problem solving skills
Must be able to work a 40 hour, 5 day workweek on flexible shifts.
Employee must meet all of the internet/computer/equipment/home office requirements

A Day in the Life (Job Duties):

Take inbound cruise.com sales calls, inquiries, and customer service calls.
Address callers questions concerning all aspects of cruise vacations
Closing the sale of a cruise booking and “up selling” cruise packages to maximize revenue
Provides high levels of service to the customers with professionalism and cruise product knowledge
Sells Allianz Travel Insurance
Performs other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to sit for up to 8 hours

Ability to see and read 6 x 2 inch display monitor
