Client Services Representative

The Client Services Position is an external position for a long-term care pharmacy providing services to skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities.

Job Description: • Identify early warning signs of potential issues and problem-solve • Conduct customer training to support the roll-out of programs and services • Educate customers on utilizing key pharmacy programs and technology • Build relationships with facility administration and staff • Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA • Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on business needs • Single Point of Contact for customers • Customer Focus Visits • Medication cart audits • Medication Room Audits • Medication cycle fill checks

Physical Demands: • May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day. • May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day. • May be necessary to work extended hours as needed. • Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. • May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. • Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. • Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. • Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.

Qualifications

Qualifications: • Registered Pharmacy Technician or Med Tech Certificate • High School Diploma or equivalent • At least two years experience in customer-facing positions • Exceptional interpersonal skills using advanced verbal and written communications • Strong problem solving and organization skills • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language • Must be willing to travel, including overnight • Use of personal vehicle required ( mileage reimbursement)

HOLIDAY & PTO POLICY
