The Role

Intern must be available to work full time (40 hours/week) during the 10-week program

Program Dates: May 29 – August 7, 2026.

Location : This position is fully remote / work from home in the continental US.

Work Authorization : US Work Authorization required for this role.Individuals needing visa sponsorship are not eligible.

Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate’s commitment to the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.

The Main Responsibilities

Shadow senior members of the team
Work with SAP-S4 to assist with production support as it relates to Procurement and Inventory
Monitor and prioritize Service Now tickets from End users
Review job runs/failures and assist with corrections
Research and resolve inventory issues as it relates to customer orders, spares, returns, etc.
Create functional design documents based on business requirements.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required qualifications

Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
Graduating August 2026 – May 2027
Preferred fields include but not limited to: Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

Proficiency and understanding of:

Microsoft Office Suite, Vizio or advanced Excel skills preferred

Compensation

Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual’s level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role.

Hourly Based Pay Range:
Min: $ 26/hour
Max: $ 38/hour
