Job Location : Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (3 days at the office)
Tuesday and Friday (2 days Remote)
The role you’ll contribute:
The coordinator applies introductory knowledge of media, public relations and communications to contribute to strategies that protect and enhance the reputation of AdventHealth; inform, engage and inspire team members and consumers; and support the Corporate Communications team in advancing overall organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for coordinating an integrated communications department and manage day-to-day functions for the team, demonstrating independent judgment and creativity. This person will build strong relationships with stakeholders to advance the department's goals and vision. Additionally, they will be a hands-on, proactive, results oriented communicator who is passionate about digital production, media tactics, and achieving successful outcomes.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Provides administrative support to the Corporate Communications team
• Maintains paper and electronic files of all correspondence, documents, reports, and other materials.
• Maintains and updates Outlook with current information, including distribution lists
• Schedules and maintains directors' calendars
• Provides necessary logistics for meetings (internal and external) such as agenda, facilities and catering, accommodations and technical equipment
• Prepares, edits and distributes reports, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, organizational charts and other documents
• Ensure all correspondence and documents have a professional appearance and organized in a clear, concise and professional manner with correct grammar, punctuation and spelling
• Makes travel arrangements for assigned directors and coordinates schedule.
• Completes expense reports for directors in a timely manner. Ensures expense reports are copied and turned into accounting for processing.
• Supports production logistics and ensures proper execution of projects/events
• Assists in development and execution of digital/visual communication projects
• Schedules video and editorial projects into system
• Effectively meets deadlines while working on multiple projects with various stakeholders

Associate and 0 years experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Associates degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
• Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
• 1 year of experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
