YOUR TASKS
Monitoring sanctions and compliance reports
Ensuring Financial institution are compliance with anti-money laundering regulations
Undertake AML and Sanctions screening, beneficial ownership research, risk assessment, document verification whenever necessary
Help identify and report any suspicious activity
Access and monitor Client risk
Review policies & procedures
Proactively envision the automation opportunities through data analysis
Participate for conducting RCA along with the project lead
Prepare and update the process documentation for business reviews
Process the signals for vetting and monitoring entities as per the defined SOP and business rules
Participate in failure mode identification, insights on current detection/alerts
YOUR PROFILE
Fluent in Japanese & English with writing, speaking & reading skills
Analytical skills
Attention to detail
Methodical mindset of problem solving
Flexible & ability to manage heavy workload (help meet deadlines & deliver high standards of work by planning & prioritizing)
Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently
Bachelor's Degree
