Overview:
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Cleveland team. The Licensed Physical Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of appropriate physical therapy services within a framework of interdisciplinary collaboration and consultation.
- Plan and administer prescribed skilled physical therapy treatment and training for patients suffering from various injuries, illnesses, and functional disabilities to attain the highest level of physical function.
- Confer with physician and clinical team members to obtain additional patient information and assist in developing, implementing, and revising the therapy treatment program and Plan of Treatment.
- Develop/implement a conditioning/rehabilitation program consistent with the physicians' Plan of Treatment and the overall goals of the patient/rehab team. Adjust treatment as needed to achieve maximum results.
About You:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the
- American Physical Therapy Association, the Committee on Allied Health Education and
- Accreditation of the American Physical Therapy Association)
- PT Licensure in the state of practice
- Current CPR Certification
- One year's experience in hospital or home health is preferred.
