RemX Staffing is currently seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist. This is a Direct Hire position.
- Start Date: 1/13/2025
- Hours: 7am-7pm (Must be flexible to work any 8 hour shift between this time)
- Pay: $23-$24
- Location: Remote (Must live in NC, FL or GA) No Exceptions
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls from partner business’s focusing on resolving any issues with a one call resolution
- Entering information within their CRM and ticketing system
- White-Glove Service for all calls
Requirements:
- GED/High School Diploma REQUIRED – AS, BS, or BA Highly Preferred
- Previous Customer Service/Account Manager/Client Specialist experience
- People Focus Customer Service – Able to easily connect with people and de-escalate frustrations.
- Clean and up to date professional resume – Well formatted, highly presentable, free of errors
- Strong and stable work history
