Key Responsibilities
- Verify and ensure documents for accuracy and identify errors in processing
- Complete data entry and documentation in patient accounts and billing systems
- Perform various office support tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and maintaining customer service
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- One year of on-the-job working experience required
- Must be able to type a minimum speed of 40 words per minute or 7,000 data entry keystrokes per hour
- Experience in an office setting preferred, especially in administrative or clerical roles
- Knowledge of billing systems preferred
