We are prioritizing qualified candidates located in New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), or Massachusetts (MA). While we offer the flexibility of remote work, we highlight applicants from these states to ensure strong regional ties and seamless collaboration within our teams.
We currently have three open roles within the record retrieval department, Intake Coordinator, Follow Ups Coordinator, and DQ Coordinator. These three roles are the key players in making sure everything is processed timely and accurately.
As an Intake Coordinator, you would be responsible for processing authorizations for Record Retrievals. This involves data entry and open communication with outside facilities.
As a Follow Up Coordinator, you would be part of a dynamic team who are responsible for gathering multiple medical records for claimants from facilities. This involves data entry, follow-up phone calls and preparing documents for our clients.
As a DQ Coordinator, you would be part of a detail-oriented group who is responsible for the flow of documents through our retrieval process, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing records are accurately processed and handled in a timely manner.
Responsibilities for the record retrievals team include, but not limited to:
· Communicating with medical facilities and offices confirm receipt of authorizations.
· Building new cases and entering new authorizations within our proprietary software.
· Following up with Attorneys on any authorizations with issues.
· Communicate with facilities to proactively track and follow up on outstanding record retrieval requests to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
· Monitor the status of ongoing requests and take necessary actions to expedite the process
· Update and maintain accurate records in our tracking systems, ensuring that all follow-up actions are documented, and deadlines are met.
· Identify and resolve any issues related to incomplete, incorrect, or missing documentation, ensuring that the records are retrieved efficiently and accurately.
· Upon receipt of records, uploading documents to cloud-based software.
· Processing the incoming and outgoing documents in the document queue.
· Providing QA checks to ensure compliance before sending to clients.
Qualifications:
· Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail
· Not afraid to learn new technology/software.
· Customer Service Experience preferred
· Medical office experience preferred.

Salary
$17 - $22 per hour
