Job Duties:
The Questions Desk Nurse will play a central role in providing support and guidance to patients and their families who seek information and assistance at the questions desk.
This position requires a licensed practical nurse with excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure that patients receive accurate and timely responses to their inquiries. The Questions Desk Nurse will report directly to the Director of Nursing and work closely with the nursing staff to uphold high standards of patient care and customer service.

Requirements:
- Proof of current LPN or RN licensure in good standing from the State Of New Jersey
- Proven experience as a licensed practical nurse in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a customer service or patient support role is a plus
