Behind the scenes, the brand's success is powered by an incredible supply chain that seamlessly connects manufacturing facilities and distribution networks across North America. As a CSA Project Manager in Family Care, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of a major project with over $200 MM in scope responsibility. This project is also one of the largest sustainability efforts for the company. We will install the most thermal efficient process in Family Care, reducing our CO2 footprint in support of P&G’s Ambition 2030 commitments.
As a CSA Project Manager, Box Elder, UT, you will develop project execution plans and control major areas of CSA (Civil / Structural / Architectural) scope. You'll also plan and lead the implementation of over $205 MM in project scope to meet overall program objectives safely, with outstanding quality, on time and within budget.
Deliverables include: coordination of in-house and contract technical resources, communication plan, cost and schedule containment, startup and qualification protocols. Lead the scope area Project Execution teams, build Project Management capability.
Job Qualifications
- Project Management Intermediate Certification at minimum. Certification in other Capital Management Disciplines (Cost Engineering, Construction Management, Capital Systems) is a plus.
- Engineering degree high preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of the IM Pillar, ECMS, e-Capital, e-Forecasting, and SAFE. Practical experience with the different Standard Work Processes (SWP) within the IM Pillar, especially Engineering Work
Process (EWP).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written with diverse range of functions
(from technical personnel through senior management).
- Ability to develop, lead, and implement complex strategic plans that drive new product programs.
- Organize and lead multi-functional teams of varying levels of responsibility.
- Develop and lead large multi-functional and multi-organizational project plans with key program milestones. Overcome obstacles, adjust and see through to completion through ambiguous landscapes.
- Ability to develop, run, control, and communicate the capital and expense costs, forecasts and detailed execution schedules for programs of various sizes.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in heavy/industrial construction
- Travel to other sites and Cincinnati will be occasionally required (10%).
