To join our team as a Program Coordinator! The Program Coordinator plays a key part in ensuring the seamless execution of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while upholding program standards and operational guidelines. Responsibilities will include a variety of administrative tasks, such as billing, data entry, and reporting, all critical to the success of our initiatives.
This is a hybrid role with expectations of Monday and Friday working remotely and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from the office.

Process invoices and manage documentation: Handle client invoicing, track program paperwork, and ensure data accuracy.
Provide administrative and customer support: Assist with operations, respond to client inquiries, and maintain records.
Oversee data management and reporting: Perform data entry, track program metrics, and generate reports.
Coordinate meetings and logistics: Attend staff meetings, prepare agendas, and organize events as required
Support special projects and program development: Collaborate on initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
2–4 years of administrative experience, showcasing your ability to manage tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and smooth operations.
Customer service experience (an asset), highlighting your ability to work effectively with clients.
A high school diploma or equivalent

$20-$22 per hour
