A company is looking for a People Solutions Specialist who will enhance the employee experience through collaboration and support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, data entry, and reporting for HR services
- Collaborate with Payroll, Operations, and People & Culture teams to improve employee experience
- Ensure effective and consistent delivery of HR services for assigned teams
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent OR three or more years of experience in HR-related roles
- Valid driver's license
- APHR certification preferred
- Experience with HRIS preferred
