Position Summary:
The Compliance Coordinator will be primarily responsible for Operation & Order Analysis/Follow UP/Resolution, Order Issue/Attention Pallet Tracker, Freight Quotes, and Audit Trackers.
Essential Functions:
- Change Orders
- Operation & Order Analysis
- Order Issue/Attention Pallet Tracker
- Audit Tracker
- Freight Quotes
- Proof Of Delivery Verification
- Assist Manager with Transportation Analysis & Audits
- Primary backup for Compliance EDI Process Specialist
Experience and Skills:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skill level
- Must be able to populate templates and utilize Excel
- Knowledge of EDI transmissions helpful
- Good language skills and diplomatic approach
- Detailed oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize, shipping knowledge helpful but not required
- High School or above math, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
