Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate claim-related electronic documents for quality and accuracy
- Determine appropriate document types and handle specialized instructions as needed
- Maintain knowledgebase and perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred 1 year of general work experience
- Data entry experience preferred
- Strong keyboarding and 10-key skills
- Ability to make quick, accurate decisions
