We’re looking for a motivated Internal/External Wholesaler to drive sales of our SEC RIA-advised funds in the RIA distribution channel. Backed by a 125-year family office legacy, we offer innovative investment solutions. In this hybrid role, you'll lead product approvals, build strong RIA relationships, and balance in-office work with client-facing travel to expand our reach.
Sales & Relationship Management
- Promote our SEC-RIA advised funds and products to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through remote and in-person interactions.
Product Approval & Onboarding
- Lead product approvals on RIA platforms, handling due diligence and compliance.
- Create and present materials tailored to platform requirements.
Business Development
- Set up meetings, deliver presentations, and attend industry events to drive growth.
- Identify prospects, convert them into active clients, and analyze market trends.
Education & Reporting
- Educate RIAs on products through webinars, calls, and meetings.
- Track sales activities, update CRM records, and report performance to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial sales, wholesaling, or a similar role, ideally within the RIA distribution channel.
- Strong understanding of investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, REITs, and alternative investments.
- Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses required
- Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, events, and business development
- Existing network within the RIA community is highly desirable.
