What You’ll be Doing
Have a passion to solve work related puzzles? Are you looking for an opportunity to experience something new each day? You'll monitor performance, provide insights and recommendations relating to program performance indicators and program metrics. You’ll also manage and support day-to-day operations, process, and reporting.
You’ll report to the Operations Manager. You’ll contribute to the success of the business, the teams you support and departments you partner with on a consistent basis through your recommendations.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Achieve 100% of assigned goals for team while actively implementing strategies and initiatives to enable the business to achieve its objectives.
Manage day-to-day operations, processes, and reporting. - Provide leadership, engagement, performance management, communication and development of staff.
- Develop, coach, support, and evaluate the team. Responsible for development of staff.
- Improve the key success metrics associated with quality and goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication.
What You Bring to the Role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead and collaborate successfully with staff and the wider operations management team.
- Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures.
- High customer service orientation.
- Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ability to learn technology quickly.
