A company is looking for an Account Manager to support and grow strategic partnerships for assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strategic relationships and identify growth opportunities for assigned accounts
- Analyze Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to make optimization recommendations
- Manage customer relationships and uphold established SOPs for data entry in the sales/customer management system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Prior customer service experience required
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience with consultative sales
- Software and service company/agency experience preferred
