As an International Specialist, you will manage the daily operations of the international department, including tasks such as conducting criminal record checks, verifying employment and education details, and overseeing activities like manual request entry, identifying late orders, updating open orders, and following custom client assignments. Duties and Responsibilities
- Adhere to established Standard Operating Policies and Procedures to ensure the expectations of our clients are being met
- Perform the necessary research to ensure customer orders are processed thoroughly and efficiently
- Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping proprietary information confidential
- Utilize all available tools to effectively perform job responsibilities
- Communicate timely updates and results as outlined by InformData and client expectations
- Utilize knowledge of products, services, and workflow to ensure orders are processed per policy and procedure
- Maintain communication with the vendors to establish lasting relationship
- Ensure that all searches are being updated with the required details within the required time frame

Qualifications
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Detail-oriented, with good written and oral communication skills
- Must have strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Must be flexible and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - Intermediate or higher proficiency)
- Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems and communicate results
- Experience with process workflow design and creating standard operating procedures
- Basic knowledge of data structures
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Working Conditions
- This position requires the incumbent to work indoors at a desk for extended periods of time and use of workstation.
- The person must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions in a fast-paced, team environment.
- This position may be requested to work overtime on occasion to meet company objectives.
