The Job
Independently review, track, edit, revise and complete CDAs.
Assist with review and completion of CDAs for QPS Holdings, LLC as requested.
Communicate and coordinate with related internal and external parties regarding status of CDAs, when specific questions arise, or information is needed.
Manage, organize, and maintain a CDA electronic filing system utilizing currently available QPS Technology Systems, platforms, and processes.
Collaborate feedback received from colleagues in Finance, BD, and Operations to achieve the fastest possible turn-around time for CDAs.
Collaborate, coordinate, and organize feedback and comments exchanged between internal and external parties regarding related agreements.
Manage, organize, and maintain paper (hard copies) filing system regarding agreements.
Act as a liaison between Laboratory Services/Clinical Services/Supporting Functions (e.g., Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, etc.) and BD leads/BD Team/SLT while generating and announcing fully executed CDA and CDA-related documents.
Act as liaison between client and Laboratory Services/Clinical Services to efficiently exchange CDA related details to meet business needs and timelines.
Manage and maintain electronic data to record status of agreements and term criteria.
Work Location
This job may be partially home-office based. Hybrid schedule will be negotiated between employee and department head. (see Telecommuting Policy for full details)
Requirements
5 years’ experience in a contract related field or business setting.
2 year degree in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies or related field. Pharmaceutical/ biotech or CRO industry experience is preferred but not required.
