JOB SUMMARY
As the University Program Manager, you will be identifying, supporting and independently leading efforts to drive Ormco's partnerships and platform across Dental Schools and Specialty Residencies. In this role you will support efforts to develop and maintain relationships with faculty and students and deliver meaningful partnerships between the institutions and Ormco; including driving sales.
Uncover the current landscape of universities, specialty residencies and hygiene schools and how Ormco could partner in greater within programs.
Act as a Ormco brand ambassador at schools, specialty residency programs and events by managing internal and external relationships with trade organizations, specialty residencies, program directors and student organizations.
Implement of programs and trainings to support Ormco's short term and long-term goals within partner universities.
Support residents and CE events for universities within multiple clinics.
Fully understand contract policies and obligations be able to communicate that to all key stakeholders.
Process and implement all request for contract modifications including but not limited to product additions or deletions, price increases and/or administrative changes.
Participate in quarterly reviews with the University and leadership.
Identify and initiate sales opportunities within partnered programs.
Monitor and measure contracts according to our compliance guidelines as well as terms of agreements and expirations.
Work with the local Ormco teams for support and implementing programs and follow through.
Facilitate hands-on training sessions and workshops to ensure seamless integration of Ormcos platform within educational settings.
Provide comprehensive training to university staff, students, and dental professionals, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing Ormco products effectively.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred OR equivalent experience or certifications in Dental.
7+ years strategic selling experience working within the university space; particular with residency programs including working with multiple programs under one institution & understanding of university relationships & hierarchy.
Possess clinical acumen & strong influencing skills.
Experience with RFP and University contracting processes and procedures.
Ability to train and speak to groups and communicate with Director's and Committee Chairs.
Track and understand sales cycles within institutions and underserved communities.
Ability to travel as needed; up to 50% overnight travel will be required pending events, tradeshows and company meetings.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to manage and communicate with multiple contacts in an institutional setting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective time management skills.
Strong written & verbal communications skills.
Proficient in MS-Office: Word, Excel, PPT and CRM &Tableau.

Target Market Salary Range:

At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
