- Assist with air freight inquiries and logistics-related questions.
## Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; entry-level candidates welcome.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in air freight preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
