A company is looking for a Remote Clinical Liaison to promote and educate patients on medication management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct health and medication reviews with patients, ensuring accurate data entry of prescription information
- Educate patients and facilities about medication management solutions and manage the patient assessment process
- Support the Clinical Services team with MTM services and maintain accurate records and reports
Required Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred
- Ability to conduct business in English and Spanish
- Must have a reliable home internet connection with specified speeds
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST, with occasional Saturday shifts
- Must be in the current role for at least 6 months and have completed training sessions and assessments
