Key Responsibilities
- Manage calls by taking ownership to enhance customer experience and build relationships
- Schedule appointments, transmit messages to the clinical team, and answer questions regarding medication refills
- Maintain confidentiality while demonstrating proficient data entry skills and knowledge of insurance billing
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Associate's Degree is required
- Experience in a call center or busy phone system
- Electronic appointment scheduling experience
- Must have access to reliable, high-speed Internet and reside in the United States
