SETTING:	Home Health
START DATE:	Mid Jan *Current TOA ends 1/10
GUARANTEE:	40 hours
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:	13 Weeks
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:	Will consider no HH experience, will train someone who is a quick learner, good with technology Even better if you have HCHB experience
STAFF:

CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:	Average visits/day: 6 Average evals/day or week: 2-4 Average mileage/day: 50 miles Population: primarily geriatric population Common treatments: Gross motor rehab, ambulatory, range of motion, post hospital recovery, general geriatric treatments
SCHEDULE:	Hours: Mon – Fri 8:00 – 4:30pm Flexible scheduling – set your own schedule!
