We are looking for a full-time Director of Recruitment and Development to add to our team! All you need is a master’s degree in human services with 3+ years of experience in child and family services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee foster home licensing and ensure compliance with state standards.
- Ensure home studies and annual updates are completed on time and meet regulatory requirements.
- Partner with regional recruiters to license new foster homes.
- Represent the agency at recruitment and retention meetings.
- Ensure adherence to corporate and program policies.
- Travel for meetings, training, or agency-related business; valid driver’s license required.
- Promote cultural sensitivity, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Supervision:
Supervises staff as designated on the agency’s organizational chart, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in human services with 3+ years of experience in child and family services.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Ensure licensing and foster home development align with state regulations.
- Maintain timely and compliant completion of home studies and updates.
- Collaborate with recruiters to expand foster home capacity.
- Represent the agency in initiatives to recruit and retain foster and adoptive families.
