- Hiring Range $64,106.95 to $85,475.93
- Pay Range $64,106.95 to $96,160.42
Salary: Clinician II -Qualifications below
- Hiring Range $73,396.04 to $97,861.39
- Pay Range $73,396.04 to $110,094.06
- Relocation- $20,000 negotiable per needs
- Sign on- 10% of salary negotiable
- Retention 10% of annual salary at 2-year mark.
- Student Loan Repayment through- NHSC – ISH
- Guaranteed Annual Base Increase up to 5% depending upon inflation.

JOB DETAILS LPC/LCSW -Hospital -Alaska
- Our outpatient treatment program offers integrated substance use and behavioral health services for individuals 18 and older and their families struggling with addiction. Our care teams support individuals on their healing journeys and assist individuals in developing a customized plan to help them walk a healthier path in life.
- Our MAT program is available for the treatment of opioid use disorder at our facility in the form of buprenorphine (Suboxone, Sublocade) and naltrexone. MAT is also available for alcohol and tobacco use disorders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS FOR OUR LPC/LCSW -Hospital -Alaska
- Clinician I: Master’s degree in behavioral health field including Counseling, Psychology or Social Work; OR PhD/PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
- 2. Obtain Alaska Clinical Licensure in designated field within four (4) years of hire.
- Additional Qualifications for Clinician II: Meets all requirements of Clinician I in addition to the following:
- Clinician II: (2) years of supervised clinical work experience for master’s level Behavioral Health; OR two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience for PhD or PsyD level; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Clinician I at SCF.
