Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, billing, and operational procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating services as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Proficient in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document interactions accurately.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
