Job Description: Team Lead – Call Center

As a Team Lead in our call center, you will guide, motivate, and support a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure an exceptional customer experience while achieving performance goals. What Will I Be Doing?
- Lead and support a team of customer service representatives.
- Monitor and improve team performance, track key metrics, and provide feedback.
- Handle escalated customer issues and serve as the first point of escalation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
- Offer solutions to challenges while maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude.
- Foster a positive team culture and drive team engagement.
- Ensure high-quality customer service delivery across phone, email, and live chat channels.

What Qualifications Do I Need?
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or leadership role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills (basic navigation, 30+ words per minute, proficient in CRM tools).
- Experience with performance monitoring and coaching a team (preferred).
- Live in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
