At Revere Health, we believe there is a better path to healing and healthcare maintenance, and we’re working on this mission—one patient at a time. We’re a national leader in a movement called value-base care which aims to improve treatment outcomes and keep costs down. Our internal culture is one that promotes respect and consistently recognizes the impact that individual employees have on the mission of the organization. Revere Health: Your Health Above All Else.
Role: Tired of working a job that just punches a clock? Are you ready for a job that makes a difference in people’s lives? Do you want to love what you do, and do it from the comfort of your own home? Revere Health is what you’re looking for! We are one of the highest-rated employers in Utah, as well as being well-respected in the communities we serve. Our Contact Center helps nearly 1.4 million patients each year, and we are looking for full-time, professional, dynamic, driven, fun & energetic people to join our team and work from home. Part-time schedules may be available – if that’s important to you, feel free to ask us about that! We offer a competitive wage that reflects how valuable you are to our company. Because we work directly with doctors’ offices, the Contact Center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, which means you get to enjoy nights, weekends, and holidays with your friends and family! In fact, we even pay YOU for your time off on holidays! We offer other benefits for full-time employees, such as a very generous 401K program, up to 3 weeks of paid leave per year, as well as a variety of medical, dental & vision insurance plans to choose from.
Your main focus will be to assist with an array of patient and provider service requests for patients calling you. We provide you with the training, tools, and resources to help you feel confident and successful in your activities, whether your working on-site or at home.
What are we looking for? Probably you! But here are a few things we’ve noticed that help new employees become comfortable with their new role very quickly:
· You are able to work at least 30+ hours a week.
· You have a positive attitude.
· You are quick to learn new computer environments, and able to easily navigate multiple software systems.
· How are your typing skills? You’ll need those here!
· You love providing customers with the highest level of service.
· You have excellent verbal communication skills and are an amazing listener.
· You know how to multi-task.
· If you have previous medical experience, that’s great! But it’s not required. You’ll get that here!
Here’s what you can expect a standard day to look like here:
· Answer incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries efficiently and accurately.
· Accurately collect information and personal details about patients; delivers message/tasks to the appropriate medical person in a timely & confidential manner.
· Uses an effective approach to handle special telephone-related tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.

It’s important to know that most of our team works from home. All of our agents are required to be trained and certified for the calls they take and must meet and sustain minimum performance standards. As soon as you meet those expectations, you qualify to work from home! If working from home is your goal, you should plan on working onsite in our Provo location for a minimum of 90 days in order to demonstrate you are meeting those expectations
