The Clinic RN is responsible for providing direct and indirect quality care for patients, ensuring that their individualized needs are met according to the nursing process. The RN must hold an Oregon Registered Nurse License and demonstrate ongoing professional development as part of their nursing practice.
Description
Accountable for the direct and indirect quality care for patients according to the individualized needs of the patient. Follows the nursing process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to consistently provide care appropriate to the age of the patient, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric. Competent in analyzing patient data with an understanding of cognitive, physical, emotional/psychosocial, and spiritual aspects. Accepts professional development as an integral part of nursing practice. Coordinates patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collegial relationship.

Required qualifications:
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of Nursing experience in an acute care area.
- Emergency department or urgent care nursing experience.
