As an Order Data Entry Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- ·Becoming the process expert in the ODE area and provide Subject Matter Expertise on order related issues for Junior and Senior Order Document Intake Specialists.
- Supervising order entry, validation and other order and patient related activities
- Being responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of team, staffing, hiring, training, developing, and completing performance appraisals in accordance with the organization’s policies.
- Providing leadership and direction on operational issues after normal business hours, holidays, and weekends to insure accurate and timely customer response
- Preparing weekly and ad-hoc team performance reports
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or Advanced College Student or Equivalent Experience.
- Advanced English (oral and written) C1.
- 2+ years relevant work experience Flexible & Adaptable – with schedule, workflow processes and priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Ability to convey a positive customer service and team-oriented attitude.
Soft skills:
- Leadership skills.
- Team oriented person who can focus on the details and quality.
- Customer focus.
- Collaborative Team player.
Technical skills:
- Analytical.
- Experience with reports generating, analyzing, and presenting data in an easy-to-understand format.
- Microsoft Office advanced knowledge.
- Experience with high volume data entry.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience managing teams
- Experience leading Six Sigma Green Belt projects/teams or equivalent
- Ability to manage multiple, detailed tasks with urgency and accuracy to meet tight deadlines
- Scrum/Agile knowledge
Work location:
Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Asuncion, Belen at least 1 days per month)
