Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 36 - 40hrs scheduled (can push for 40 if needed)
Length of Assignment: 13+ weeks
Experience Requested/New Grad Friendly: Open to new grads with right clinical experiences OP and IP. No PTAs, must be a PT
Therapists On Staff: Other PT’s on staff
Documentation System Used: Net Health; If not trained in EMR client may ask for 8 hours of unbillable time for training.
Patient Caseload: On Average 10 - 12 patients / day. Some days more, some days less, depending on Arrival rate and complexity of patients.
Time For Treatments/Evals: Every clinic schedules slightly differently, but generally evals are 45 min and follow ups are 30 min (but the patient is here for longer, there will be overlap).
Volume: 10-12 patients per day 1hr evals 1:1. Visits are 45-60mins.
Work Schedule/Patient Scheduling: M-F, possibly can do 4/10 depending on clinic
Bill Rate: $65-$78 Rate DOE, not all submissions will be able to get $78, must have experience (2-3 years of OP Ortho exp preferred for the higher rates)

- Any overtime must be approved by their manager beforehand
- Expectation is that documentation is to be done at point of service for all travelers and perm employees.
- If census is low, providers need to be asking what they can do in the clinic to make sure they hit their GTE. Calling patients, paperwork, cleaning – etc. If they do not want to help out in order to hit their GTE only actual hours will be billed/paid
- Any RTO that is not confirmed needs to be approved with manager 30 days prior.
- 2 week notice for client/provider
