All positions below are for outpatient orthopedic experienced Physical Therapists unless noted. We cannot accept new grad or other disciplines (PTAs, OTs, COTAs, etc.) unless noted. Clinical experience is not licensed experience.
Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hour for 13 weeks+. 2-3 nights until 7-8p (location specific).
License: Compact is OK
Experience: **New grad with OP in clinicals is OKAY for this location
Volume: 12 patients per day 1hr evals 1:1.
$50-70/hour bill rate based on discipline and location.

- 1st day unbillable orientation
- Any overtime must be pre-approved by management.
- Expectation is that documentation is to be done at point of service for all travelers & perm employees.
- If census is low or PT has cancelations, expectation is for provider to ask what they can do to make sure they hit their guaranteed hours for the day/week. Examples of things we have had providers do are: helping the front desk, calling patients, filling paperwork, cleaning up, etc. If they do not want to help out in order to hit their GTE only actual hours will be billed/paid.
- 4 week notice required for any days off not listed in ADL.
- 2 week notice for client/provider
- If clinic is closed/closes early or has delayed start due to inclement weather only actual hours will be billed.
