37 hrs guaranteed. Goal is 40 hrs
TherapEBridge/NetHealth experience preferred (if not, see terms below).
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Mon – Fri Guaranteed 37 hours for 13 weeks+ with nights until 7-8p (location specific).
License: FL.
Experience: Minimum 1 recent outpatient travel assignment. 1+ years recent OP ortho experience preferred.
Volume: 10-13 patients per day 1hr evals 1:1. Visits are 30-45mins.
If not trained in Therapy Source, please do advise we do ask for all contractors to have 8 hours of unpaid time on our end for training on our documentation system..
Please alert your contractors prior to presenting that we require each to treat up to 12 patients per day and on the higher end, 13! This is non-negotiable
- Any overtime must be approved by manager beforehand.
- Expectation is that documentation is to be done at point of service for all travelers and perm employees.
- Provider should be clocking in/out based on hours they are scheduled – client will not pay for early arrivals or staying late unless this is agreed upon with manager.
- If census is low or PT has cancelations, expectation is for provider to ask what they can do to make sure they hit their guaranteed hours for the day/week. Examples of things we have had providers do are: helping the front desk, calling patients, filling paperwork, cleaning/laundry, etc. If they do not want to help out in order to hit their GTE only actual hours will be billed/paid.
- Any RTO that is not confirmed needs to be approved with manager 30 days prior.
- 2 week notice for client/provider.
