What will you do as a Client Services Rep?
As a Client Services Rep you will assist the public who call the Nevada 211 line to get information and referral to health and human services resources and programs and document calls in the on-line database as needed.
People who are comfortable with a computer, like talking on the phone and love helping others will thrive in this position.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Flexibility in schedule: This position will be scheduled for 20 hours/week. Shift will likely include a full day on Sunday then 3 additional 4 hour shifts during the week. Our need is for a “floater” who can help cover times as needed. Working from home makes these schedule adjustments easier for you. This can be ideal for students as well as retirees.
Customer Service experience is necessary, with call center experience helpful.
Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus!
