A company is looking for an Accounting/Data Entry Specialist with 3+ years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and reconcile financial data from multiple bank accounts using QuickBooks
- Digitize and organize paper-based financial statements dating back to 2018/2019
- Assist in preparing financial statements and ensure compliance with reporting standards
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and data entry
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Familiarity with financial reporting, reconciliation, and record-keeping practices
- Experience working with small businesses in construction, entertainment, or hospitality is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
