A company is looking for a Provider Experience Representative to manage provider inquiries and support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to provider inquiries and escalated calls, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Provide accurate information regarding claims, benefits, and payments while facilitating issue resolution
- Assist in resolving provider appeals and educate providers on insurance plan administration
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
- Three to four years of experience in a high-volume service center or managed care environment
- Experience in healthcare services, particularly in medical claims and billing
- Operational knowledge of work processing, spreadsheets, and data entry
- Preferred associate's degree or equivalent education in business or healthcare
