We are seeking a Senior AEM Developer with experience in software development and testing, and extensive expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate is a highly skilled developer with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences, strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js, and experience working in an Agile development environment. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining AEM-based solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop, and Implement AEM Solutions:
Build and maintain custom components, templates, workflows, and integrations within the AEM platform. - Full-Stack Development:
Develop front-end and back-end functionalities using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js. - Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, product managers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of applications. - Version Control Management:
Utilize BitBucket/Git for version control, code review, and repository management. - Agile Development:
Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives) and apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles to ensure code quality. - Troubleshoot and Debug:
Diagnose and resolve production issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability. - Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trends, and advocate for best practices in software development.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of professional experience in software development and testing.
- Extensive experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) development and administration.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js programming languages.
- Experience with version control systems such as BitBucket or Git.
- Deep understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in TDD (Test-Driven Development).
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
