Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
- Preparation of client orders by transferring data between systems so orders are ready for ticket processing
- Develops and maintains working knowledge of current durable medical equipment and policies and procedures held by National Seating & Mobility as well as all applicable insurance guidelines regarding eligibility for coverage and reimbursement.
- Processing supply requests
- Follow up and completion of required paperwork
- Daily correspondence with clients, referral sources, physician offices and funding sources
- Order tracking
- Resolving client issues
- Conduct cost analysis of existing and new orders
- Face to face marketing with new and existing referral sources and clients
- Completes phone calls efficiently and professionally
- Performs any directly related job duties as assigned my management. Carries out all position expectations in a professional manner
- Must maintain regular and predictable attendance
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This role may require someone to lift or carry up to 25 pounds.
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen closely. The employee is regularly required to sit and use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms.
Required Education, Experience & Competencies:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of Windows based environment
- Microsoft Office product proficiency
- strong communication Skills
- Detail oriented
