As the Senior Program Manager of Tenant Experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of this mission-critical initiative. This is an exciting time to join as we're still in the early stages of designing and developing this cloud-native platform. This role reports to the Director of Tenant Experience for SmartHome.
What you’ll do in this role:
As a Senior Program Manager at TELUS, you will oversee the SmartHome+ Tenant program, ensuring it serves our customers, referred to as tenants, and aligns with our strategic goals. This role involves defining program objectives, developing a comprehensive roadmap with timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and allocating essential resources such as budgets and personnel. You will monitor project progress, facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders, and address conflicts or issues that arise.

- Provide direction to project managers, foster team collaboration, and identify training needs.
- Document and approve changes to the program scope, communicate them to stakeholders, and adapt plans.
- Lead status meetings, review progress reports, update senior management, and prepare detailed program reports.
