Sciolex Corporation was established in February 2006 to provide Program Management, System Engineering, Architecture Development, System Integration, and Operations Support to include Acquisition Program Support, Enterprise Engineering Support, Performance Quality Assurance and Assessment, and Intelligence Analysis support to the Intelligence Community member Agencies and Organizations.
Sciolex Corporation brings indepth and hands-on Government and Business experience working for and with Intelligence Community entities; providing expert domain knowledge and vision to the most difficult and demanding issues facing our customers today.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support for technical issues via email, phone, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems for clients.
- Document and track customer interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to escalate unresolved issues.
- Create, update, and maintain knowledge base articles for both customers and internal teams.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage and best practices.
- Stay current with product updates and technical knowledge to provide informed support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably in a technology environment.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
