Job Summary:
TeamUp is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative with a strong background in the property management industry to join our dynamic team. This remote role is designed for a self-motivated professional who can leverage their existing industry connections to promote our offshore staffing solutions for property management roles. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a book of business while networking and connecting with property management companies across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Leverage existing property management connections to generate leads and secure new clients.
- Proactively reach out to property management companies to introduce TeamUp's offshore staffing solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Sales Execution:
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by closing deals and onboarding clients.
- Build a sustainable book of business through consistent networking and follow-ups.
- Networking and Event Participation:
- Represent TeamUp at industry tradeshows, events, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Travel as needed to attend meetings, events, and client presentations.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with the right offshore talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and approaches.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the property management industry, with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional social and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Understanding of property management operations and staffing needs is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
