What We Offer our Part-time Nurse Practitioner:
· Pay Range: $50.00 to $74.87/hour, commensurate with experience.
Area of Service: Our service are consisting of the Roaring Fork Valley, the Vail/Eagle Valley and the territory from Glenwood Springs to Parachute.

Job Overview:
In collaboration with a physician, provides for the expansion of individualized primary healthcare services by diagnosing and treating certain acute or chronic health conditions. Performs face-to-face visits as needed; performs assessment, provides direct treatment and management of health conditions via prescriptive authority.

Requirements:
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum two years of varied work experience as a professional nurse and preferably one of the two years in an acute, oncology, home health, and/or hospice setting.
- Personal vehicle for on-the-job transportation in all road and weather conditions, climate
- Provide proof of liability insurance on personal vehicle
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a fingerprint-based criminal history background check through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and CAPS background check
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Possession of current license to practice as a nurse practitioner in the state of Colorado.
- Current BLS verification.
- Proof of current Drug Enforcement Administration Registration
- Master's degree in Nursing required
Compensation details: 50-74.87 Hourly Wage
