A company is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls to address eligibility, claim, and payment issues, as well as patient scheduling and referrals
- Schedule a high volume of procedures for patients using a computerized scheduling system
- Perform order entry, maintain medical records, and assist with various clerical duties
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Experience in scheduling patient appointments
- High volume call center experience preferred
- Data entry skills required
