We have a need for an Account Manager to help us support our business.
- Do you have 1-2 years’ experience? Preferably with a 3PL?
- Do you have experience tracking and tracing loads?
- Do you enjoy developing and maintaining client relationships?
- Can you be on the phone most of the day providing customer service and ensuring operational metrics are met?
- Do you have a high school degree with relevant experience? We prefer a bachelor's degree.
- Do you consider yourself to be organized, detail oriented and focused?
- Are your communication skills, both written and verbal, second-to-none?
- Is providing great customer service important to you?
- Does working in a fast-paced environment from start to finish sound like a good fit to you?
